We begin with a planning session to design your day, then we’ll schedule your own One Day, In-Person Intensive at your convenience.
Your One Day, In-Person Intensive day will be custom designed just for you, and you’ll leave with the following;
- An premium 1-on-1 Initial Consultation, culminating in a personalised Action Plan
- A shopping list of foods that suit you and your individual constitution, lifestyle and headspace.
- Customised recipes and resources that will boost your energy and balance.
- Goodies, samples, and TONNES of inspiration to keep you on track.
- A follow up session (in person or by phone) the following fortnight to ensure you’re on track and to tweak anything that needs tweaking!
