    Non-Diet Ayurveda Course

    A pragmatic, body-inclusive, non-diet Ayurveda course for modern-day yogis
    ​This is the waiting list for Casey's online, self-paced Non-Diet Ayurveda mini-course set to be released in April 2020. It is a 10-module short course. More details will be released closer to launch date. The course takes the general structure:
    ​

    1. Why Non-Diet? A yogi's introduction to intuitive eating, HAES and the non-diet approach 
    2. Why Ayurveda? Introduction to Eastern Nutrition Approaches  
    3. Diving into Non-Diet Ayurveda - foundational Ayurvedic concepts with a contemporary, non-diet twist
    4. Digestion as the Centre - exploring the importance of digestion in Ayurveda and the effects of disordered eating on digestive fire, or agni
    5. The Doshas - how to avoid weight bias and the "eat for your dosha" diet
    6. The Elements - seasonal eating without diets
    7. The Rasas - the energetics of food, and a route back to intuitive eating
    8. The Gunas - encouraging felt sense in eating
    9. Ojas - focussing on health, not weight
    10. Social Justice issues - making Ayurveda and Yoga accessible
