Cat Smit:
Feeling grateful that we have access right here at Crystal Waters to a variety of opportunities to move our bodies in fun, connecting and healthful ways, at a variety of levels, to suit all bodies! Recently, I've really enjoyed Casey's Melty Moves gentle yet inner resource building (on all levels) slow flow, yin and restorative yoga class (1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month). For me, I couldn’t have asked for a more respectful, skilful and supportive reintroduction back to a live group yoga class. All of this gives health benefits - both from moving this mammalian body that is meant to move and socially connecting - addressing 3 of the 5 lifestyle foundations of good health in the broadest sense. I recommend Casey's Melty Moves class as a gentle yet powerful way to access the benefits of yoga :)
